Description of Contract: Provide emergency temporary roof repairs on approximately 300,000 SF of damaged roof area after Hurricane Wilma. After temporary roof repairs were completed, we began the installation of approximately 100,000 SF of low-sloped roofing systems and the installation of 200,000 SF of hurricane resistant standing seam metal roofing and metal retro-fit systems.

Description of Contract: This project consisted of re-roofing three staff housing units located at FCI Tallahassee. Removal of the existing asphalt shingle roofing system was required prior to the installation of new 50 year fiberglass architectural roofing system. Severe roof slopes of over 14 and 12 resulted in a higher difficulty level for this small project. In addition to the steep slope roofing, one of the units had multiple roof levels that were replaced with low-slope PVC roofing membrane.

Description of Contract:
Retrofit five existing pre-engineered metal building roofs with new metal roof panel system. Remove and replace four low-slope BUR roof systems. All sheet metal, gutters, and downspouts were included. Work was performed on flight line hangars and with no interruptions to daily operations.
