Design / Build & Fast Track Methods
SheltonDean is prepared to assist you in developing your project through the Design/Build process. We have completed several projects using this methodology and have relationships with the necessary design professionals to build a team that suits your project. By being involved in the project from the conceptual design stage, we are able to ensure that the project budget is maintained while incorporating all aspects critical to the client.

On these projects time is of the essence, and we can work closely with the architect to fast track the project. By focusing the early design efforts on site development and the building shell, construction can occur concurrently with the design of the interior space. This sequence of events allows us to shorten the overall project duration and meet the projects’ schedule requirements.
